Shipping policy

DezScents currently ships within the United States only.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Our standard shipping rate is $4.99, with free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $40 or more, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Because fragrance products may contain alcohol and are considered regulated materials for shipping, orders are shipped using eligible ground transportation methods in accordance with carrier requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. DezScents is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
