DezScents sells independently prepared fragrance decants for personal use. Product descriptions, scent notes, recommendations, and performance information are provided for general informational purposes and may vary based on individual skin chemistry, environment, storage, and personal perception.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices, product availability, promotions, and website content at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from safely or properly fulfilling an order. If a paid order is canceled by us, the appropriate refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate billing and shipping information.

You may not use the DezScents website or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

DezScents is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of products or the website to the fullest extent permitted by law.
